Q: How does trading work?
A: You bring in the items you want to trade in, and we give you store credit or cash for those items.
Q: What is Store Credit?
A: Store Credit is money that can only be used at Game X Change.
Q: Is Store Credit redeemable for Cash?
A: Store Credit, gift cards and gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
Q: Which is better, store credit or cash?
A: That all depends on what you want to do. If you want a game or product we sell, Then Store Credit is the way to go. We give more for store credit than we do cash.
Q: What can I buy with Store Credit?
A: You can buy any product in our stores with Store Credit.
Q: Does my Store Credit work at all Game X Changes?
A: Store credit is good at all stores in the
Tulsa metro area.
We can not guarantee that other Game X Changes will honor the store credit, as all stores are individually owned.
7 DAY EXCHANGE
Q: What is the 7 Day Exchange?
A: You have 7 days from the day you purchase a USED item to exchange it for something else for any reason with sales receipt.
Q: How many times can I use the 7 Day Exchange?
A: We allow one 7 day exchange for each item purchased. The 7 day exchange is a service we offer so that you don't get stuck with a game you do not like.
Q: Do all USED items get a 7 Day Exchange?
A: We do not offer a 7 day exchange on DVD or BluRay movies.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Un-opened and un-worn new items returned within 30 days of date of purchase are eligible for a full refund in original form of payment or store credit. DVD, Blu-Ray, HD-DVD, UMD or any other movie format are not eligible for return.
30 DAY WARRANTY
Q: What does the 30 day warranty cover?
A: If your item becomes defective within 30 Days of purchase we will repair or replace the item. If we cannot repair or replace it. We will do a refund in either store credit or the original form of payment with sales receipt. The warranty covers against normal manufactures defects. It does not cover items for physical damage or customer abuse.
Q: Do I need to have the Sales Receipt to do a return?
A: Yes, we require that you have the Sales Receipt for any type of return or exchange.
Q: Do I have to return to the Game X Change I purchased my item from to do a return or exchange?
A: You can return or exchange your purchase at any of the
Tulsa Metro locations listed on our Website.
